Hotel Cancellation Information
If you have not yet cancelled your guest hotel room at the Renaissance Amsterdam, please take note that the Renaissance will be cancelling all reservations made through the EDIL 2020 reservations link. If you attached your email address to your reservations, you will receive an automatic cancellation email from the hotel, confirming your reservation has been cancelled.

If your reservation was made through an outside party (Hotels.com, Travelocity, etc.), you will need to cancel these reservations accordingly as the hotel does not have access to those bookings.
AACE can not make any adjustments to your travel arrangements. Most major airlines are offering fee waivers for changes or cancellations. Check with your airline or booking agency when cancelling flights.
