All tours will depart from the Doubletree Hotel.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.

Reservations
Reservations must be received by May 28, 1999. Tickets may be purchased on-site on a
space-available basis only and will include an additional $2.00 charge. You may pick up
your tickets at the hotel, starting at 7:00 a.m.Refunds
Refunds for cancellation will be made if written request is received at the Convention
Services Northwest office by May 19th, less a $5.00 handling fee per ticket. After May 20,
1999, no refunds or exchanges can be made. If minimum registration on a tour is not met,
Convention Services Northwest will refund the cancelled tour or apply the refund toward
another tour. |
