Conference registration and all concurrent sessions will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport, just 20 minutes south of downtown Seattle.
Special Rates: Single: $109; Double: $119; Triple: $125; Quad: $135. To receive the special rates, hotel reservations must be made by May 18th and you must identify yourself as an ED-MEDIA 99 attendee. The block of rooms reserved for the conference may be filled prior to this date so be sure to make your reservations early. Complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service is provided by the conference hotel which is adjacent to Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Avis and Alamo rental car companies offer ED-MEDIA 99 attendees a 10% discount when reservations are made in conjunction with United Airlines air reservations.
