INVITED SPEAKER

Learnativity(tm):
The Intersection of Learning, Creativity and Productivity

Wayne Hodgins, Worldwide Learning Strategies, Autodesk, Inc., USA

Based on the premise that you can't get there from here, but you can get here from there, Mr. Hodgins will take you on a whirlwind tour of what is new and upcoming in the areas of learning and technology, and in particular at the intersection of learning, creativity and productivity. Starting by "inventing the future" and then planning backwards from there, you will go through a fascinating exploration of topics including international standards for learning objects, learning architectures, learning media, delivery mechanisms, ILT, CBT, WBT and the growing diversity of learners needs.

Wayne has long held that the only SUSTAINABLE competitive advantage is the ability to learn and apply the right things faster and thus has made productivity based learning a top priority in his work with corporations, suppliers, governments and associations worldwide. Based on his "Off Course; On Target"(tm) model for strategic innovation, Mr. Hodgins will help you lay out your own vision of the future and begin to plan "backwards" for success from there.

So, come with an open mind and be prepared for an engaging, thought provoking session that will shake many of your unshakable beliefs, stimulate you to think innovatively and assist by providing critical new perspectives from which to see and create your own future and plan to get there.
