CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

Requests for refunds will be considered only if letter or fax is received by May 14th, 1999. There is a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after May 14th, 1999. All requests should be made directly to the Business Office. There are no refunds for non-attendance.
