The
E-Learn conference gives you the unique opportunity to present your
organization's related products and services to an international forum
at a discounted rate. Within the special Industry track, E-Learn
will allocate a 30 minute Presentation or 2 hour Showcase period in the
Program for your presentation.
Also, you may place
literature on the free literature table throughout the conference
days.
These are very
cost-effective ways to communicate your message and make an impact at
the conference.
If your
organization would like to participate in this year's E-Learn Conference, please submit a brief proposal for one of the session
categories below.
Products/Services Presentations
(30 minutes)
Present your
organization's recent developments and applications, inform the audience
of your future directions, and showcase your company's noteworthy
products and services. These presentations are not included in the Proceedings.
You will be provided with a
meeting room, PC, Internet connection, and projector.
Format: 30-minute
presentation scheduled during concurrent sessions; Presentation rooms
generally accommodate 50-150 people, theatre-style. This is more of a
formal presentation than the Products/Services Showcase opportunity
below.
Cost:
The only cost is the standard registration fee. See rates.
Submit:
Simply submit a brief description (1 paragraph) of what you intend to
present by
completing the Web form at:
Products/Services Showcases
(2 hours)
Demonstrate
and discuss your company's research, developments and applications, gain
feedback, and establish contacts. Showcases are included in the Proceedings.
You will be provided with a 4'
wide x 8' high
poster board, 6' long x 24-30" wide table, 2 chairs, and electricity.
Format: 2 hours; scheduled with
Poster/Demonstrations grouped together in open exhibition-style, usually
all in one hall. This is an informal event with a circulating audience.
Sales are permitted: You may stock and sell your product at your table.
